If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, you may simply return the item. We are pleased to exchange it or give you a refund if your return meets all of the following conditions:
- You have 30 days to return your item(s). The date on the postmarked of the return must not go beyond 30 calendar days after the original order.
- The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original invoice for ARIANNE to be able to process your refund.
CONDITION OF MERCHANDISE
- To be eligible for a refund, any returned item must be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped. It must be unworn, unwashed and have the price tags still attached.
- Due to the intimate nature of some items sold by ARIANNE, we regret that we cannot offer you any exchange or refund for the following items: panties, teddies, and lingerie sets that include panties. If these items are returned to ARIANNE, they will be returned at your expense.
SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Refunds are not available for all items purchased with a 25%-39% discount will, although exchanges may be made within 30 days of your purchase.
FINAL SALE applies to all merchandise with an original price reduced by 40% or more. This means there will be no exchange or refunds possible.
ARIANNE reserves the right to refuse any returns or reimbursements of discounted goods not listed above and on items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way. Items received in such condition will be returned to the client. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment, and forfeit all claims.
If you use a promotion code or had a special promotion on the returned item, you may exchange it for the same style in a different color or size and apply the same promotion on the new item. But it cannot be used on an item of a different style or on a future purchase.
Prior to returning a garment, you must contant customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone 1-888-239-8165 etx. 256, to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging, as well as on the Return and Exchange Form.
You may return your item(s) with the following methods:
- You may return an item by mail. To do so, please send the completed return form (included with the shipment), your original invoice and the item you wish to return.
Returns sent by mail must be postdated within 30 days of the original date on the receipt. Refunds will be made by the method of payment used. Please allow up to 5 business days, from the date the merchandise is received at our premise for refunds. Please allow adequate time for shipping.
Please use the pre-addressed label enclosed with your order.
Note: You must pay all shipping and handling fees for a return, as well as customs charges and taxes for international shipments. No refund or credit will be given to customers for shipping and handling charges, unless the products are defective or if ARIANNE was responsible for an error. In these cases, ARIANNE will pay the shipping costs if products are returned by a transportation company that provides guarantees against loss or damages. Packages must be properly shipped freight-prepaid.

If you wish to cancel your order you should contact customer service as soon as possible at 1-888-239-8165 ext. 256. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is shipped to you. In the event that the order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel the order. In this case you will need to return the goods as described in the exchange and return policy. Please note for all return, customers will be responsible for return freight cost.
RETURN OF A GIFT
The same return and exchange conditions apply for gifts. You will need the original receipt and the item must be in its original condition, its original packaging, and have tags on, within 30 days of the date of the original receipt.
LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CARDS
ARIANNE is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Therefore we will not replace it or refund the lost amount.
